was my daughters first dentist appt being 2.5years old and the office was all so amazing, kind, and gentle. definitely 10/10 was in and out best experience we could have had. definitely makes it easier when you can do all the paperwork online. very kid friendly play area, movies and paintings to look at. Dr. sam did great and the hygienist asia and receptionist nicole were very kind

One star because it’s the lowest I can give. Our experience at Ohio Kids Dental was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. My 9-year-old daughter has severe dental anxiety, so simply getting her to attend dental appointments is already a challenge. We trust the staff to provide compassionate care, especially knowing how anxious she is. During her appointment, a staff member named Andrus reported that my daughter said she wanted to kill herself. This was shocking because it is completely untrue. My mother was the one who took my daughter to the appointment and never left her side. However, Sienna claimed that my mother lied and never told me what my daughter had supposedly said, despite my mother being present with my daughter throughout the visit. What happened afterward made the situation even more concerning. My sister called the office simply to get the manager's name and Sienna’s name. Before my sister even identified herself, the front desk immediately asked, "Are you calling about [my daughter's name]?" She was then transferred to three different people. After eventually providing my daughter's name and date of birth, she was told they could not provide any information beca

My son Jackson's first time here as a new patient. Friendly staff Danielle, Jody, and Dr. Sam. Play area and cool pictures around the facility. Definitely recommend this place.

Took 2 great grandchildren to Ohio Kids Dental. Veronica greeted us with a smile and very helpful. Jennifer and Jody did an excellent job explaining and walking 2 nervous kids they their cleaning. Dr. Sam saw both kids and was fantastic. I'd recommend them for your children. You couldn't get a more understanding group of people. Plus the kids loved all their goodies, ie: playroom to use before the appt., balloon, token for toy machine, sticker, plus new toothbrush and toothpaste. This was a great experience. LOVE YOU GUYS... Very friendly and helpful. My daughters felt comfortable. They aren’t afraid of the dentist anymore. Riley was very patient and kind. Jennifer and Carol were very nice dental hygienists to both my daughters. Dr. Tago was knowledgeable and gentle. Actually the whole staff was extremely knowledgeable. Just an overall great experience!
